Pycnoponis coccineus and Coriolus versicolor are tropical white-rot basidiomycetes that degrade lignin selectively and often used in biopulping. Development of appropriate experimental procedures for recovery and determination of enzymes produced by Pycnoporus coccineus and Coriolus versicolor during biopulping are necessary to evaluate the role of each enzyme in this produced during biopulping were extracted, purified and determined it protein and lignin content.
