The objective of the research: to study the parameters of lipid and purine metabolism in patients with hypertension of II degree concomitant with gout, depending on the degree of obesity. Materials and methods of the research: we examined 60 patients, 42 of them with the diagnosis of essential AH of the second degree with concomitant obesity and gout and 18 with the diagnosis of essential AH of the second degree without obesity and gout. The average age of them was 60.2 ± 1.3 years. All patients were randomly divided into 4 groups.
