The objective of the research was to increase the prevention efficiency of the secondary dentoalveolar deformations based on the characteristics of their pathogenesis and clinical course. Materials and methods. The results of clinical examination of 120 patients of different age groups (from 30 to 59 years) concerning the characteristics of the types of the secondary dentition deformities are presented in the article. Results. Objective study showed a high degree of deformation development, which arose in half of the cases in patients with existing denture defects.
