The article discusses the results of an empirical study of occupational burnout among workers in the spheres requiring intense face-to-face communication related to the motives behind person’s actions in job settings. Also the burnout leads to changes in attitudes towards others, strengthening the tendency towards acceptance in process of burn out and then, a tendency of rejection, once the burnout is complete – or strengthens a tendency to take (at burnout), or a tendency to avoiding rejection (from burnt)
