A structure and component parts of a computer system for diagnostics of malignant neoplasms on the base of biochemical blood testing indexes are considered. Parametric discriminant analysis and logistic regression method are used as decision rules. The computer system includes both the classic decision rules and robust decision rules that are stable under presence of anomalous observations
