Конституционные основы участия граждан Республики Беларусь в законотворчестве

The article is describing theoretical and practical aspects of the right of Belarusian citizens on the legislative initiative which is guaranteed by the Constitution. In the article are defined a special features of the realization of this right. Author de- fined a legal base and a subject matter of the legislative initiative of citizens, and also characterized the legal status of Belaru- sian citizens as a subject of the legislative initiative. Author determined that this citizen’s constitutional right is a collective subjective political right
