Перспективы биологического контроля возбудителя ботритиоза на пасленовых культурах

The effect of Pseudomonas putida КМБУ 4308, Pseudomonas aurantiaca B-162 and Bacillus subtilis 494 metabolites as well as the activity of Trichoderma viride 457, Trichoderma hamatum 431, Trichoderma polysporum 407 fungi on causal agent of gray mold were examined. It was demonstrated that bacterial metabolites and isolates of soil born fungi suppress spore germination and pathogen development in vivo and in vitro. Different B. cinerea isolates demonstrated varying sensitivity to bacterial secondary products and fungi, pointing to significant variability inside the species. = Исследовано влияние продуктов жизнедеятельности бактерий Pseudomonas putida КМБУ 4308, Pseudomonas aurantiaca B-162 и Bacillus subtilis 494, а также активность грибов Trichoderma viride 457, Trichoderma hamatum 431, Trichoderma polysporum 407 по отношению к возбудителю серой гнили. Экспериментально показано, что метаболиты бактерий и штаммы почвенных грибов подавляют прорастание спор и развитие патогена in vitro и in vivo. Отмечено, что изоляты гриба B. cinereа характеризовались неодинаковой чувствительностью по отношению к исследуемым бактериям и грибам, что свидетельствует о внутривидовой неоднородности популяции патогена
