The article presents the analysis of self-organizing strategy of participants of educational practice which is determined by the institutional organization of higher education. The accent is made on the role interaction of the teacher and the students, and its attributes are described. The conclusion is given about the effects of the given strategy for professionalization of high school graduates. = В статье дан анализ стратегии самоорганизации участников образовательных практик, обусловленной институциональным устройством высшего образования.
