Ионно-плазменные покрытия на основе тройных нитридов переходных металлов

The composition of coatings of systems Ti – Zr – N, Zr – Cr – N and Ti – Cr – N at their synthesizing by a plasma deposition method is possible to regulate by variation of a condition of an electric arc discharge mode and magnitude of stress of reactionary gas (azote), that flows out from a straight correlation between currents of combustion of arc discharges and concentration of the applicable elements in plasma streams and, accordingly in the coatings of nitride systems. Coatings of Ti – Mo – N and Zr – Mo – N systems have layer structure, which is determined mainly by the arc discharges instability and by the different solubility of the nitrogen in the regions with variable rate of metal component. = Состав покрытий систем Ti – Zr – N, Zr – Cr – N и Ti – Cr – N при их синтезе методом осаждения из плазмы можно регулировать изменением режима электродугового разряда и величины давления реакционного газа (азота), что вытекает из прямой корреляции между токами горения дуговых разрядов и концентрацией соответствующих элементов в плазменных потоках и соответственно в покрытиях нитридных систем. Покрытия систем Ti – Mo – N и Zr – Mo – N имеют слоистую структуру, возникновение которой определяется, скорее всего, главным образом неустойчивостью горения дуговых разрядов катодов и разной растворимостью азота в областях с переменным соотношением металлических компонентов
