Изучение иммобилизации цисплатина карбоксилсодержащими целлюлозами

The purpose of the work is in researches of modifications of cotton and bacterial celluloses by solutions of nitrogen dioxide(IV) in chloroform and investigation of mode of adsorption interactions between cisplatin and carboxyl contained celluloses in water solutions. Mechanism of adsorption of cisplatin from water solutions by oxidized cellulose and oxidized bacterial cellulose with different physicochemical properties and different substance of carboxylic groups were specified. It was proved, that the interaction between cisplatin and carboxyl contained celluloses occurs with the help of ion exchange mechanism. As a result of study of release of cisplatin from oxidized cellulose-phase into physiological solution the effect of durable action of polymeric form citostatic was interpreted. The method of producing of new drug Cisplacel on basis of oxidized cellulose and cisplatin was developed. Cisplacel is intended to use for local chemotherapy of neoplasm malignancy of cerebrum and tumors in the head neck erea. = Исследована модификация хлопковой целлюлозы в виде тонкого трикотажного полотна и бактериальной целлюлозы растворами оксида азота(IV) в хлороформе при температуре (292±2) К. Установлено влияние времени окисления и концентрации растворов оксида азота(IV) на состав и свойства модифицированных образцов. Показано, что сорбция цисплатина карбоксилсодержащими целлюлозами из водных растворов протекает по ионообменному механизму и определяющую роль в процессе связывания цитостатика играют отрицательно заряженные карбоксильные группы. На основании изучения релиза цисплатина из фазы окисленной целлюлозы в физиологический раствор показано достижение эффекта пролонгированного действия полимерлекарственной формы цисплатина. Разработан способ получения препарата Цисплацел, заключающийся в иммобилизации цисплатина окисленной целлюлозой из насыщенного водного раствора цитостатика
