The Macedonian Question in COMINTERN Policy (1920—1929)

The politics of Comintern directed on creation of uniform revolutionary front has rendered significant influence on transformation of program installations of macedonian national-liberation movement. The Soviet leadership, pursuing the political ends, promoted development and association of the left forces of macedonian movement. Comintern’s idea to create an independent Macedonia in structure of Balkan SFSR and its politician, focused on use of the macedonian organizations in revolutionary goals has unexpectedly accelerated process of evolution of sights of macedonian national elite in a direction of the sovereignty. Split IMRO stimulated process of differentiation of macedonian movement. The efforts of Comintern directed on creation in 1925 of the new influential macedonian organization — IMRO (un) have not given positive result. Change of foreign policy sights of the Soviet leadership was outlined in the middle of 1920th, that was expressed in curtailing job of Balkan commission EC and reorganization Comintern’s structures. It has led to attenuation of job of the Soviet bodies on the Balkans and to reduction of financing of activity БКФ and IMRO (un). Transformation by Comintern IMRO (un) in the political doubler of the Balkan Communist Parties promoted registration anti-Comintern to the opposition presented by group of national-federalists, that finally has led to threat of split of the organization
