Бібліотека в системі наукової електронної комунікації

Development of the system of scientific communications and its increasement and the necessity of preservation of the network information is examined. The urgent expediency of the development by a library of the integrated work cycle including sequence of high technology processes of computer processing of documentary massives (both referencing and allocation from data depositaries of the new knowledge) is proved. The conceptual model of a library which becomes an integrating part of the information sphere of the society is described.Розглянуто питання розвитку системи наукової комунікації та підвищення її реагентності, що загострює потребу збереження плинної мережевої інформації. Обгрунтовано необхідність освоєння бібліотекою інтегрованого технологічного циклу, що включає послідовність наукомістких процесів комп'ютерної обробки документальних масивів від бібліографування до виділення зі сховищ даних нових знань. Викладено концептуальну модель бібліотеки, яка стане інтегрувальною ланкою інформаційної сфери суспільства
