The terminology of the society of the information. In this article some aspects are considered than they characterize the terminology of the society of the information in Catalan language. For it we left from a concrete experience: the elaboration of the dictionary Society of the Information. New technologies and Internet. Mainly we will see that type of terminological cases has studied, that difficulties have arisen, that neological tendencies are recognized in the new lexical creations, like has been the omnipresence the English language and that new resources have been used like documental sources for the terminological investigation
