Family cases: adjudication and enforcement

This scientific study is dedicated to discuss the main problems of legal family relations establishment and implementation, moreover to suggest effective solutions and to reveal a close connection between substantial and procedural law. The collective of authors of this scientific study reflects a clear trend to mobilize both scientists and practitioners in search of the solutions. Considering the latter fact, the structure of the scientific study is organized with a successive shift from general family law issues to the analysis of legal family relations in civil cases and peculiarities in prosecution of court decision. Considering the fact that family law issues are generally relevant and include a wide range of legal disputes (between family members, family members and third parties, such as creditors, institutions and similar parties), the scientific study becomes relevant not only for practitioners and researchers, but also to those, who are interested in substantive and procedural aspects of family law.Mokslo studija skirta esminėms šeimos teisinių santykių sukūrimo bei jų įgyvendinimo problemoms aptarti bei galimiems sprendimo būdams pasiūlyti, kartu parodyti glaudų materialinės ir proceso teisės ryšį. Mokslo studijos autorių kolektyvas atspindi aiškią kryptį – ieškant sprendimų sutelkti ir mokslininkus, ir praktikus. Atsižvelgiant į tai, mokslo studijos struktūra sudaryta taip, kad nuo bendrųjų šeimos teisės klausimų nuosekliai pereinama prie civilinių bylų šeimos teisinių santykių srityje nagrinėjimo bei teismo sprendimų vykdymo ypatumų. Atsižvelgiant į tai, kad šeimos teisės problemos yra visuotinai aktualios ir apimančios didelę teisinių ginčų, kylančių tarp šeimos narių, taip pat – tarp šeimos narių ir trečiųjų asmenų, įvairovę, manytina, kad mokslo studija yra svarbi ne tik praktikuojantiems teisininkams, mokslininkams, bet ir visiems, besidomintiems šeimos teisės klausimais ir materialinės, ir procesinės teisės požiūriais
