In this research the main focus was made on the on the factors causing stress among nurses as health care professionals in pediatric oncological nursing. Also the common coping methods were pointed out. The purpose of this research was to find out and describe the most common challenges and stressors for nurses dealing with underage cancer patients and their families, plus the coping strategies that can be applied for nurses as workers. The method of the following research was the literature review.
