The aim of this work was to find out if and how Finnish listed companies approach the concept of corporate social responsibility (CSR) in their online communication and marketing to external parties. Furthermore, it was also a goal to see if corporate social responsibility can be sustainable and seen as a future investment. The research was done by dividing 36 Finnish listed companies into three groups of twelve according to their size.
