The strategy of the functioning and development of any company or organization is unthinkable without reference to the personnel. Effective operation of the company must be formed by a strong team which is managed by Human Resource Management (HRM) department. The purpose of the work was to discover the essence of the processes of the HRM. To find out the main functions, such as recruitment and selection, career guidelines and social adaptation of employee, leadership training and career promotion, in order to understand the importance of a good HRM in any company. A real case was implemented to show how the processes of the HRM are working in real life, how the whole HRM system is organized. Also the case was implemented in order to show how managers are dealing with new employees and what kind of training the company can provide in order to have good results
