Oral Presentation 5 - Symposium M1 (Thin Film Materials and Sensors): no. M1-5The sensitivity deterioration problem of Sectorial Split-Drain MAGFET (SSD-MAGFET) under high frequency rotation magnetic field is studied in this paper. The physical property behind the deterioration is explained, which leads to a design trade-off between the following three performance parameters of a magnetic field sensor constructed by the SSDMAGFET sensor with hard threshold detector: the operating frequency of the rotation magnetic field, the noise margin, and the sensitivity.
