The purpose of this study was to examine experiences of parents, whose child was in occupational therapy, on cooperation with the occupational therapist. The research questions were used to gain information on how the parents experienced cooperation with the occupational therapist, what were the contents of cooperation, and how this cooperation could be developed according to the parents. The research took place in the area of Lahti through three different work communities. A form of postal questionnaire was used as a research method. The whole sample of the research was 35 questionnaire forms, of which 21 forms were returned. The reply percentage was 60 %.
