INTRODUCTION: Tuberculosis (TB) is a bacterial infection caused by Mycobaterium tuberculosis. TB has recently reemerged as a disease of interest for improved drug delivery, with a focus on leveraging the benefits of anti-tubercular drug nanoparticle formulation (1, 2).
