Packet Reservation Multiple Access (PRMA) and Advanced Time Division Multiple Access (ATDMA) have been proposed for the integrated voice and data services in the third generation cellular and mobile radio communication system. This paper investigate the performance of the integrated voice and data services using the PRMA scheme with a movable boundary between voice packet slots and data packet slots. The performance is evaluated in terms of the packet blocking probability and the mean queuing delay characteristics by means of the two dimensional Markov processes.link_to_subscribed_fulltex
