The aim of this study to determine the effect of differences in concentration of anting-anting (Acalypha indica L.) leaves ethanol extract gel on the physical characteristics and the effectiveness of wound healing in mice (Mus musculus). The research method is divided into 2; the physical characteristic test and the effectiveness test of wound healing. The physical characteristic test of the gel was made by formula F1 (base gel without the addition of extracts), F2, F3 and F4 (gel formula with anting-anting (Acalypha indica L.) leaves extract respectively 2.5%, 5% and 10%).
