Directly, according to the Presidential Regulation 16 of 2018 PPTK doesn’t include to be subject for procurement of goods/services. However, The Government had published Government regulation 12 of 2019 about regional management of finances had given a new assignment for PPTK to do procurement based on the regulation of procurement for goods/services, which is according Presidential Regulation 16 of 2018 regarding procurement of government goods/services did not regulate about legal standing of PPTK to do procurement.
