Association between t(2;9)(p12;p23) and early B-precursor acute lymphoblastic leukemia

We report the occurrence of t(2;9)(p12;p23) in a 20-month-old girl with early B-precursor acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL). This translocation has only been reported once before in an adult case of early B-precursor ALL with t(4;11)(q21;q23).
