This research was conducted to identify non-specific bacterial found in the reproduction tract of dairy cattle in the follicular phase and luteal phase in community retermans in Surabaya. This research used 20 samples consisting of 10 dairy cows taken during the follicular phase and luteal phase. Sampling is taken with the help of insemination gun which is protected by plastic sheath, then the top of the plastic sheath are cut and put into a tube containing PBS. All samples were isolated in general media and selective media. Gram staining is applied to distinguish Gram positive and Gram negative bacteria. Continued with catalase test and spore test. Motility tests and biochemical tests were carried out to identify further bacteria....
