Synthesis the new compound N-benzoylphenilurea has been done. The Schotten Baumann method was used for the reaction between Niphenylurea and benzoyl chloride. The CNS depressant activitytest was done for the Nsbenzoylphenylura compound by Barbituric Sleeping Time (BST) method The compound yield was 86% , had a white crystal and gave one spot in Thin Layer Chromatography with two different eluent. The compound melting point was different from the Nphenylurea and showed greater.
