So, looking at issues form the President's power and accountability of the president's powers in times of national danger becomes urgent to be appointed in this thesis, which is also the goal of this research. With the regulatory approach, the comparative approach, as well as the conceptual approach, this study analyzes primary and secondary legal materials. All legal materials collected by literature study. The results showed that the use of discretionary powers of President can be held accountable if the act relating to abuse of power and arbitrary actions. the power of the president in the context of the implementation of a state of danger does not diminish the obligations of responsibility.
