Background: Burn pain is severe form of acute pain. The inadequate pain control can cause physicologic effect for burn patient. The adequate analgesic can help to reduce complications and contribute to faster healing. Prolonged analgesic used in burn patients potentially cause adverse drug reaction and drug interaction can occur due to polypharmacy.
