Pengaruh Ekstrak Daun Cincau Hijau (Cyclea Barbata L. Miers) Terhadap Kesembuhan Luka Insisi Pada Mencit

The research was conducted investigate the ability of extract of green cincau leaf (Cyclea barbata L.Miers), as a medicinal plant for healing wounds incision in mice. Research using 25 mice with weigh of ± 25 grams, devided into five treatment groups, a negative control group, positive control (Povidone iodine 10%), the test group of green cincau extract of 40%, 60% and 80%. Observation of wound healing was characterized by wound closure of epithelial tissue. Medication was conducted twice a day that morning and evening. The data were statistically analyzed by Kruskal-Wallis test and then followed by Mann-Whitney test to analyzed the mean value of wound healing, and the data analyzed by ANOVA and followed by Duncan test to showed the time of wound healing.
