On the agglutination of the cook sperm in the transparent fluid

1) The transparent fluid has the power of sperm agglutination. 2) The cock sperms agglutinate in various forms ranging from the spherical form to reticular one; the forms of agglutination depend upon the activity and number of the sperms as well as the amount of the transparent fluid mixed with the vas deferens semen. 3) The cock sperms agglutinate in a similar way to that of the mammalian sperms. 4) It seems that the causative agent effecting sperm agglutination, presumably some organic substance, may be contained in the transparent fluid, and the writer has observed that this substance diminishes its agglutinating power by filtration and charcoal powder treatment as well as the preceding sperm agglutination.著者は鶏に於て，射出の際，精管内精液に透明なる液体の添加されることを報告し，更にこの透明液の家鶏精子の運動力に及ぼす影響に就いて述べた．本論文はこの透明液中に於ける家鶏精子の凝集に就いて報告せんとするものである．この論文は引続き丹下教授の指導の下に行はれた．ここに厚く感謝の意を表する
