In a previous study (1931) the author ventured to suggest as to the phytometrical value of wavyness in lateral walls of epidermal cells of leaves in some species of plants, especially of Taraxacum albidum Dalhst. The purpose of his present study has been to observe experimentally the relation between the variation in the degree of wavyness in question and different meteological factors in operation.
