We consider to solve a linear system of equations Ax=b by iterative method. An IDR(s)-Successive Over-Relaxation(SOR) method was proposed in 2009 and it was shown to be more effective than SOR method in convergence. In this paper, we introduce an algorithm of Residual Reduction method using ILU(0) preconditioning. Through numerical experiments, we make clear that the preconditioned Residual Reduction method has excellent covergence rate
