In this paper, we considered whether \u22Middle-Structured Style\u22 encounter group was suitable for the facilitator training from the viewpoint of the facilitator candidate. As the result, four points of the following were found. (1) There are little uneasiness and nervousness for facilitator candidate. (2) Because all the members and facilitators speak about the same theme by all means, It is easy to grasp the characteristic and the condition of the members, promote the mental connection between members and facilitators, and prevent facilitator from becoming a scapegoat.
