This article presents the outcome of a questionnaire study of career anchor among Chinese undergraduates. The order of career anchor of Chinese undergraduates is presented along with a thorough study of contemporary education in China. Some ideas are introduced and the career anchors are considered concerned the \u22engines\u22 when educating undergraduates. More attention on this topic is suggested for future studies. Namely, we hope that we can not only educate undergraduates according to their individual career anchors, but also find an effective means to bring their career anchors to better levels in future education
