This study examined \u22the conflict about what I should be\u22 in peer relationship from the view of individual-relational self conflict. As a result of questionnaires toward 289 university/junior college students, the people who had higher satisfaction about peer relationship had less individual-relational self conflict. In addition, according to the interviews with 21 university/junior college students, the people who had higher satisfaction about the peer relationship, would choose the friend subjectively, adjust \u22what I should be\u22 flexibly, and have a stable role during the friendship.
