問題と目的 方 法 結 果 考 察The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of three relaxation methods as stress management technique. 4 classes, consisting of 164 9th-grade children were assigned to one of three methods ; (1) progressive muscle relaxation (two classes) , autogenic training (one classes) , pair relaxation (one classes) . Stress manage-ment education in this study consisted of one orientation lesson and 4 sessions of relaxation. Analysis of variance (ANOVA) indicated that these three relaxation methods had the common effects on emotional relaxation, but less effect on somatic relaxation. ANOVA further indicated that progressive relaxation had effects regardless of times of training, that autogenic training needed practice to show...
