The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of coping and usual ways to worry on psychological stresses by analyzing a stress model. The survey was conducted at the scene of a mid-term examination of high school students. As a result, the validity of the model was confirmed and the process of increase/decrease in stress responses was shown. Combining “psychological distance” and “positive attitude” as a personal trait with “positive coping” which was actually behaved in the context, cognitive appraisal of “disturbing” was appraised varyingly, which lead to the difference of stress responses among individuals
