X-ray spectrum is one of the most important characteristics in X-ray\u27s permeability into materials. The computer analysis of attenuation data is available method for determination of X-ray spectra. A computer program was written by using the Gauss-Seidel method. And the program was able to give applicable spectral data. In this paper, it is shown that the spreadsheet software carries out determination based on the data from attenuation measurements and it gives reasonable results
