GESTIÓN CULTURAL Y CONSERVACIÓN DE ARTE URBANO EN LA CIUDAD DE TARRAGONA

[EN] This work presents a project that aims to preserve cultural management through cataloging , urban art in the city of Tarragona. From the hand of Alvaro Hernandez, a native of Tarragona, urban artist and original member of the Cultural Association Polígon. A vision of the whole process of growth and evolution of Shikuarat and Cultural projects Polígon which to this day shows long-term first-person thrive on broad goals and vision. Throughout the chapters, the story of how something that started as a simple project of cataloging pieces of urban art by three young boys of Tarragona, by simply keeping up in time what we admired and respected is drawn up, got as of today become one of the main associations boom Drive conservation and urban art in the area of the city of Tarragona and Barris de ponent. A great example of vision for the benefit of conservation and the proliferation of art, as well as self-improving, entry into the working world and destination of capital and goods for a cause. Thus demonstrating that it is possible to achieve great goals from scratch and with minimal capital. This work also raises the possibility of performing basic tasks like art conservation through photography documentation and public information. So long that getting help both improve civic valuing and caring for the works as increasing database and knowledge of art around us and we can ignore people already involved.[ES] El siguiente trabajo presenta un proyecto de gestión cultural que pretende conservar a través de la catalogación, el arte urbano en la ciudad de Tarragona. De la mano de Álvaro Hernández, natural de Tarragona, artista urbano y miembro original de la asociación Polígon Cultural, se muestra en primera persona, todo el proceso de crecimiento y evolución de los proyectos Shikuarat y Polígon Cultural, los cuales a dia de hoy prosperan con amplios objetivos y visión a largo plazo. A lo largo de los capítulos, se redacta la historia de cómo algo que empezó como un simple proyecto de catalogación de piezas de arte urbano por parte de tres jóvenes tarraconenses, con la simple intención de conservar en el tiempo aquello que admiraban y respetaban, ha conseguido a dia de hoy convertirse en una de las asociaciones en auge principales de la conservación y la impulsión del arte urbano en el ámbito de la ciudad de Tarragona y Barris de ponent. Todo un ejemplo de visión para el bien de la conservación y la proliferación del arte, entrada en el mundo laboral y destinación del capital y bienes para una causa, demostrando así que es posible conseguir grandes metas partiendo desde cero y con un capital mínimo. Este trabajo plantea además, la posibilidad de llevar a cabo tareas básicas como la conservación del arte por medio de la documentación fotografía y la información pública, consiguiendo así que la gente se involucre y eso ayude tanto a mejorar la valoración cívica y el cuidado por las obras, como a aumentar la base de datos y el conocimiento del arte que nos rodea y podemos desconocer.Hernández González, Á.
