Ron Paul worked in the restaurant business for 18 years, including 15 as the owner of Ron Paul Charcuterie . Then, as chief of staff in Commissioner Charlie Hales\u27 office in 2000, Paul assembled a citizens group that began to explore the feasibility of a public market in the city.
