Lymphangitic sporotrichosis: An uncommon bilateral localization

Sporotrichosis is a mycotic disease caused by cutaneous inoculation of the dimorphic fungus Sporothrix schenckii. the primary lesion can spread and often develop a unilateral lymphocutaneous lesions or, rarely, disseminated disease.
