Plant pathogenic bacterium Ralstonia solanacearum (the causative agent of bacterial wilt), and plant parasitic nematodes Globodera pallida (white potato cyst nematode) and Meloidogyne incognita (root-knot nematode) have devastating impacts on several economically important crops globally.
