The electronic structure of the layered perovskite related compound SrNbO3.45 has been investigated by angle-resolved photoemission spectroscopy. Two bands near the Fermi level with very different behavior were observed: along Λ-X, one band exhibits no discernible dispersion, whereas the other disperses strongly and crosses the Fermi level. No dispersion appears along the Λ-Y direction
