Grūtniecības laikā sievietēm trūkst zināšanas, lai spētu rūpēties par mutes veselību. Netiek meklēta palīdzība, lai uzlabotu savu mutes veselības stāvokli. Mērķis ir iepazīt grūtnieču zināšanas par mutes veselību, iepazīt kopējās zobu problēmas grūtniecības laikā, kā arī noskaidrotu šķēršļus zobārstniecības problēmu aprūpē grūtniecības laikā. Atbilstoša grūtnieču izglītošana un attieksme, spētu novērst mutes veselības problēmas. Pētījuma rezultātā secinu, ka jaunajām māmiņām trūkst zināšanas par mutes veselību. Atbilstošas zināšanas, grūtnieču attieksme un uzvedība varētu novērst mutes veselības problēmas un komplikācijas grūtniecības laikā.Annotation Good mouth health is an integral part of women's overall health and quality of life. During pregnancy, special attention should be paid to the health of the mouth and to toothkeeping. The health of the mouth is part of general health and pregnancy is even more important because it applies to both the mother and the fetus. Pregnant women lack the knowledge to be able to take care of the health of their mouths. No help is being sought to improve the health of your mouth. The aim is to familiarise pregnant women with the knowledge of their mouth health, to familiarise themselves with the common problems of their teeth during pregnancy, as well as to clarify the barriers to the care of dental problems during pregnancy. Appropriate education and treatment of pregnant women, would be able to address the health problems of the mouth. Pregnant women are susceptible to a wide range of oral health conditions that could harm their own health and the baby's future. As a result of the study, I conclude that young mothers lack knowledge of the health of their mouths. Adequate knowledge, attitudes and behaviour of pregnant women could prevent mouth health problems and complications during pregnancy
