What we used to call ’income1 in pounds was a direct drawdown on PL 4.80 funds. A.II.C, is still drawing from the fund but those monies are no longer defined as income but as a deficit. The B.B.C. was informed (minutes of Nov, 14, 1974) that the pound deficit is to be made up from AID, but to date, the dollar deficit is unexplained.
