A special meeting shall be called promptly by the Chairman upon the request of any ten members of the Faculty who shall submit their request in writing to the Chairman* The Chairman may also, upon his own initiative, convene a meeting of the Faculty. 15, The elections of the Faculty shall take place in May of each year in full open meeting, Notification of the date of elections must reach the Faculty at least two weeks in advance of the electoral meeting, 16, There shall be a standing Faculty Program Committee which shall consist of three members elected ann ally by the Faculty, the Vice-Chairman and the Chairman of the Faculty who will be Chairman of the Committee, 17, T^e Committee shall be consulted by the Chairman of the Faculty in the matter of setting the agenda for all Faculty meetings, 18, The Committee shall plan and organize the educational and social urograms of the Faculty, 19, There shall be a standing Faculty Nomination Committee which shall consist of the Chairman of the Faculty who will be chairman of the Committee, the President of the University (ex-officio) and three members of the Faculty elected annually by the Faculty. 20, The Committee shall, on behalf of the Faculty, draw up lists of nominees from which the Faculty shall elect members to the Academic Board and to such Faculty committees as may be convened. Additional nominations may be made from the floor at electoral meetings* 21, In addition to its standing committees, the Faculty may aopoint such ad-hoc committees as it may deem necessary for the examination and conduct of its affairs.
