The agenda was adopted as presented. 2. The minutes of the previous meeting were approved. 3. The President's Report: Dr. Pedersen gave a brief report to the Board highlighting the important developments since the last Board meeting. His full report is presented in his March 1985 letter to the Board (see Attachment A) • • Dr. Pedersen reported on a number of current construction projects. The renovation of Hill House, while slightly behind schedule is proceeding well and the new premises are expected to be occupied in the fall of 1985. The work on the Jameel Center has begun with the demolition of the old print shop. Bids on the construction of the Center have been higher than anticipated. The main administration buildings are in the process of being resurfaced. After careful study and review, the joint venture of Amr El Alfy and P.B. Sabbour ba
