Add to ORKGI I I II Operations Budget 1964-65 through 1967-68 Attached are the budgets of operating expenditures (all expenditures, excluding capital expenditures) for the years 1964-65 through 1967-68. The figures for 1964-65 are the revised budget for that year. The actual audited figures will be submitted at the December 3, 1965 meeting. As these budgets include both Egyptian pound and U.S. dollar amounts, the net deficit amounts for the years 1965-66, 1966-67 and 1967-68 comprise both pound and dollar amounts. As we expect to be able to obtain adequate pounds from AID to finance pound deficits, our present deficit problem involves the dollar portion. We have prepared a separate analysis of our dollar budget
