It is obvious that if the foregoing financial program is to be accomplished, all factors in the University situation must be made as favorable as possible and all personnel must devote themselves completely to the total University task. The reason, of course, is that the foregoing is not just a financial program. It is a program for the whole life of the University. Students, alumni, faculty, administra-tion, board, sponsors, friends, Foundations, business, colleges and universities, and churches are involved.
