An internationalization and academic mobility in Turkey as requisites of innovation educational and scientific trajectory

Article is devoted to issues of education internationalization and expansion of the academic mobility in Turkey in context of the European integration. The measures accepted on national and institutional levels for cooperation and coordination of foreign and Turkish higher education institutions actions concerning exchange, joint educational and scientific programs, training, development of the European schemes and tools of mobility are considered. The analysis of current mobility of students and teachers; the reasons of growth of Turkish students abroad and development of unilateral mobility; some aspects of outflow of the intellectual capital of Turkey and measures on development of bilateral academic mobility are presented.Статья посвящена вопросам интернационализации образования и расширения академической мобильности в Турции в контексте европейской интеграции. Рассматриваются меры, принимаемые на национальном и институциональном уровнях для сотрудничества и согласованности действий зарубежных и турецких учреждений высшего образования по вопросам обмена, совместных образовательных и научных программ, стажировок, развития европейских схем и инструментов мобильности. Представлены анализ текущей мобильности студентов и преподавателей; причины роста числа турецких студентов за границей и развития односторонней мобильности; некоторые аспекты утечки интеллектуального капитала страны и меры по развитию двусторонней академической мобильности
